I want to express my sincere appreciation for what you all have done for me. I always was embarrassed of my smile; that was why I did not smile much in general. The veneers you made for me have changed my life. I have so much confidence now that love to laugh and show off my teeth. Actually just received a photo from my girl friend and I that we had taken in a wedding and I LOVED how my smile looked. This is Tom, I had two root canals yesterday and I am very, very happy with the results. No swelling or pain and the experience was far better than my expectations. Thank you for the call last night to check on my condition. My wife was very surprised when the call was to ask how I was feeling and if I needed anything. Everyone is great, but especially Dr. Masi. I know I'm undoubtedly one of the more "difficult" patients you treat, and you still made me feel comfortable and have me leaving every time with a huge smile! (However, usually a somewhat-crooked one due to the numbness in a side of my face.) Thought I'd drop you this note & thank you for your great service. Especially the cleaning of my teeth was what I needed - the pain is gone for now. I am to be back for bleaching & crown replacement. I may do that in September since I like to take the summer easy & go for a vacation somewhere.

Dear Ladies,

I would like to thank you for the care you showed my son, Scott Long, when he came in early this week with the painful wisdom teeth. Your willingness to take him immediately & arrange for him to be seen by an oral surgeon the same day was a great example of care and compassion. He was in a lot of pain (due to his own procrastination) and you watched over him. As a token of my appreciation, I'd like to buy you all cups of coffee.
